24th June 2017

Saturday 24th June -

British Polo Day Great Britain at Black Bears Polo Club, Henley on Thames

Suggested touring extensions

Depending on the time you have available we suggest anumber of ways to explore England and the rest of the UK. If this is your first time to the UK you could extend your time in London and take in the numerous sights and experiences the bustling capital has to offer, or see the capital from a different perspective visiting some of Dickens old haunts or maybe taking in one of the lively markets. There are numerous homes, palaces and castles within easy reach of the capital. Head out of the capital to explore Hampton Court, the court of Anne Boleyn or visit Windsor Castle, one of the Queen’s royal residences. The nearby rolling hills of the Cotswolds are home to the beautiful spa towns of Bath and Cheltenham, well worth an extension and time to explore the picturesque stone villages is well spent, afternoon tea in a luxury boutique hotel surrounded by green hills is something else! With more time on your hands, you could take a short flight to Edinburgh and spend a few days exploring Scotland’s capital famed for its shopping, castle and pubs and welcoming Scottish hospitality.
